    The Role:

    Inside Sales Account Managers at SHI are an essential part to our customer's experience. ISAM's partner with our Outside Sales teams to offer new and existing customers a wide variety of technology solutions, while developing strong customer relationships and growing business. We don't manufacture a product, we manufacture a customer experience- and your job is to create the best possible experience for any and all businesses on their quest to procure IT solutions.

    Responsibilities/Job Function

    • Help customers select, deploy and manage various aspects of their IT environment
    • Maintain vendor/distribution channel partnerships
    • Manage multiple, ongoing projects
    • Partner with internal departments and Account Executives to create strategic plans of engagement
    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Keep updated on product and industry knowledge
    • Mastery of SHI systems and tools
    • Establish and maintain customer relationships via phone and email
    • Attend product and sales trainings as required

    Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required

    • Completed Bachelor’s Degree (College/University)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
    • Self-Motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
    • Proficiency in MS Outlook Tools- Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Effectively communicate complex subject matter- both verbally and written 
    • Multi-task and remain focused
    • Ability to delegate via internal and external resources
    • Project Management
    • Prioritization
