Job Summary

SHI is seeking a Growth Marketing Programs Manager to support the Enterprise business unit, which includes organizations exceeding 1,250 employees headquartered in the US.

 

The Growth Marketing Programs Manager will partner with sales and marketing to deliver new business opportunities through orchestrated demand generation and demand capture campaigns that improve customer experience, increase mental availability in association with SHI’s four technology pillars, and drive measurable outcomes.

 

The primary success metrics for the Growth Marketing Programs Manager will be net new customer acquisition and the expansion of customer share of wallet.

 

This position will report to the Director of Growth Marketing – Enterprise and will have a hybrid home and office location in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales to define go-to-market objectives and develop a marketing plan that supports business growth targets
  • Accountable for ensuring all marketing plan tactics are executed with direct responsibility for managing email, telemarketing, paid media, direct mail and webinar programs
  • Evaluate, select, and manage strategic marketing vendors that contribute to the outsourced execution of marketing programs
  • Work closely with fellow marketing peers on creative content development and event program execution
  • Partner with sales leadership and L&D to coordinate outbound prospecting sales plays with SHI partners
  • Develop campaign briefs to inform and enable extended marketing and sales teams on GTM strategy
  • Manage the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content ideation, copywriting, design, segmentation, deployment, and analysis to drive lead generation and nurture prospects effectively
  • Responsible for vetting and evaluating partner marketing opportunities for sales, ensuring all investments and commitments expected of sellers aligns to the go-to-market plan
  • Report on campaign performance and overall marketing impact regularly to internal stakeholders and partners, capturing insights and feedback to inform future campaign strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in demand generation or sales support role 
  • Prior direct sales experience 
  • Prior experience executing modern marketing channels

Additional Information

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
