    Job Summary

    Working with famous IT brands including Microsoft, Apple and Hewlett Packard, you’ll use your natural aptitude to provide high level post-sales support, and establish personalized, quality levels of customer service. You’ll need to be customer-focused, detail focused and organized.

     

     

     

     

     

    Responsibilities/Job Function

     

    • Providing post-sales support
    • Working on a specific account, supporting business generated
    • Representing SHI as a partner with our vendors and manufacturers
      Maintaining relationships with existing corporate customers and helps establish personalized, quality levels of customer service
      Represents SHI as central point of contact for customer base in EMEA
    • Acting as a liaison between SHI clients and internal departments
      Providing customer quotes, pricing, and product information
    • Order entry as needed
    • Reports to Inside Sales Manager
    • Acting as a point of contact in the customer escalation path

    Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required

    • Must possess excellent communication, organization, problem–solving skills, and attention to detail
    • Ability and desire to work within a team environment and at time independently
    • Proactive mind-set
    • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
    • Strong written and verbal communications skils
    • Problem solving, organisational, interpersonal and management skills

    Preferred, but NOT essential skills:

    • Experience in the technology industry
    • University degree (in any subject)
    • Written and Spoken French and/or German
