Job Summary

The MSEMEA Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and supporting the SHI Sales teams. This position will report to our MSEMEA Operations Manager and keep them up to date on activities within the department. In this job, you will work alongside the Senior Specialist to proactively manage the MSEMEA team box, respond to all queries and complete daily tasks and duties. You will be expected to learn quickly on a fast-paced desk and develop the skills and knowledge to respond to cases. You will get the opportunity to build relationships across the SHI business and foster team spirit among a group of dedicated employees.


This position is required to report to the Milton Keynes office location as determined by SHI management.

include but not limited to 


  • Daily monitoring of the MSEMEA team email inbox
  • creating the monthly Microsoft pricelists
  • monitoring the 3-year lifecycle of Enterprise Agreements and tracking true-ups, reservations and annual orders
  • ad-hoc training for new starters and inside Sales
  • participation in weekly MSEMEA team meeting to inform team members of cases and discuss resolution.
  • helping Sales teams by submitting Enterprise orders in EA6 tool on MySHI
  • liaising closely with SHI USA Operations team to make sure orders go through smoothly.
  • staying up to date on knowledge and processes by hearing the monthly licensing calls with Licensing School, joining the quarterly community call from Microsoft EOC and checking the knowledge resources on Microsoft site.
  • creating new contracts for MPSA, CSP and Enterprise Agreements.
  • submitting CSP requests to USA team and responding to customer CSP requests.
  • Problem solving; getting to the heart of the issue and finding a solution – usually by reaching out to the right person or team.
  • Helping customers with portal problems by logging support tickets and understanding the issues and reasons for errors.


  • Bachelor’s degree or/and equivalent work experience 

Required Skills

  • Your skills in customer interaction, problem-solving and communication will help us deliver unparalleled service.
  • You are a fast learner and have demonstrable skills with word documents, excel spreadsheets, and power-point presentations.
  • You will be confident to prioritise and organise daily depending on the workload and cases.

Desired skills but not required 

  • You are fluent in French to assist with queries from our Sales Team in Paris. 
  • Previous experience on a Microsoft desk with knowledge of Operational processes and tools
