This position is required to report to the SHI Austin, TX or SHI Somerset, NJ office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities and communicate with stakeholders throughout various projects
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
  • Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
  • Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management
  • Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
  • Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
  • Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
  • Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities
  • Serve as product ambassador, sharing knowledge and answering questions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required  
  • 3+ years IT PO experience
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft D365 FnO
  • Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology, Jira/Azure DevOps

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong understanding of Agile practices, including Scrum
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional team
  • Understanding of business value related to features and functions
  • Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
  • Strong advocate for adherence to standards, best practices, and delivery processes
  • Experience in working within teams using hybrid, Agile methodologies
  • Provides the overall design direction, solution, development, and oversight of product
  • Capable of driving requirements, planning, and designing value streams for D365 FnO

Certifications Required

Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft D365 certifications FnO preferred
  • Product owner certifications, trainings

Unique Requirements

  • Travel to approved conferences or events as needed, up to 10%

Additional Information

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $70,000 - $125,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
