Job Summary

The ASG Sr. Solutions Architect – Services Presales plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for the professional services team. This individual will be instrumental in collaborating with multiple teams to develop Statements of Work (SOWs) that are both innovative and aligned with our strategic goals.

This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities

include, but not limited to:

  • Lead the development of SOWs, working closely with various teams to ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives
  • Drive revenue growth within the professional services team by identifying new opportunities and optimizing service offerings
  • Collaborate with SHI Stakeholder partner teams to create synergistic service solutions
  • Engage with SHI sales teams, including front line sellers and customer success managers, to ensure a unified approach to service delivery and client engagement
  • Contribute to practice development by identifying areas for growth and leading innovation initiatives
  • Create and maintain practice standards and practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in the Service Delivery in a range of technology areas
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients and SHI teams on best practices, trends, and innovations in technology

Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor’s, Technical degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience designing implementing and integrating technology solutions
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience working with and migrating technology solutions
  • Minimum 10 years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on service delivery and revenue growth in Professional Services
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated deep technical expertise of multiple technologies areas, including Microsoft 365, Virtualization, Datacenter, Networking, or Security
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and design solutions that meet their business objectives and budget constraints
  • Extensive experience in developing SOWs and driving revenue growth in professional services

Unique Requirements

  • Travel to internal meetings as needed, up to 10%

Additional Information

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $160,000 - $220,000 which includes a base salary and bonuses. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
