As with SHI, the Inside Sales Representative is an integral part of the sales process by collaborating with outside sales to provide hardware, software and service support to their assigned customers. This individual will work with key server, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud and unified communication and collaboration partners to create pricing quotes and process purchase orders. Post-sale activities such as Order Status and Support inquiries will also be part of the overall job responsibility.
This role works directly with customers and reports to the Inside Sales Manager and is required to attend the SHI office location in Milton Keynes as required by management.
