We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform. This role involves strategic thinking, leading solution design, providing development support, and engaging with clients in a leadership capacity.
The ServiceNow Technical Architect reports to the Manager – SHI Services – ServiceNow and can be either home or office based in Austin, TX or Somerset, NJ. It is expected that this role may require infrequent travel both nationally and internationally (max 30%).
