Job Summary

The Manager of the Microsoft Solutions Team is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Microsoft Solutions Specialists. This sales-oriented team is responsible for the presales account management of SHI’s Microsoft Solutions accounts. This team is focused on driving the adoption of the respective Microsoft Solutions platforms by understanding where the customer is in their environment and positioning the appropriate SHI capabilities & services to our customers. This person will be responsible for training, mentoring, and coaching the Microsoft Solutions Team to ensure we provide a memorable customer experience.

 

This hybrid position may be required to report to the SHI Austin, TX or Somerset, NJ, as required for business needs determined by SHI Management.

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

 

  • Work with team to drive cloud consumption revenue growth and retention of current SHI Microsoft Solutions customers.
  • Manage Microsoft Solutions Team pipeline of relevant Microsoft Service offerings via SOW and packaged Support Offers
  • Ensure all Managed Service Customers receive Onboarding and Monthly Health Check Calls
  • Build a working relationship with Microsoft Solutions Partner Team to drive engagement with local Microsoft Solutions Account Teams
  • Act as a point of contact/escalation point for Microsoft Solutions and internal SHI stakeholders to ensure any customer issues are acted upon quickly and addressed appropriately.
  • Stay up to date on new platform offerings from Microsoft Solutions
  • Work closely with Corp Sales Management to ensure alignment with sales priorities and our Service Desk and Enterprise Adoption Team Management team to align to post-sales support best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of experience selling Microsoft products and licensing to various customers (Enterprise, Commercial, Public Sector, etc.)
  • 3+ years of Sales Leadership experience with a track record of driving revenue growth

Certifications Required

  • Microsoft Certifications Preferred

Unique Requirements

  • Position requires 10% travel

Additional Information

  • The position’s estimated annual pay range is $100,000 - $200,000, including a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include but are not limited to medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
