Marketing Data Analytics - Internship

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analytics Intern to join our dynamic Marketing team. The internship offers an excellent opportunity for aspiring Marketing professionals to gain hands-on experience in analyzing and improving Marketing systems and processes. The successful candidate will support various Marketing projects, work closely with experienced analysts, and contribute to the optimization of our technology infrastructure and platforms, conduct competitive analysis, research and data analytics.

This position will report to the Austin, TX office location.

Includes but not limited to

• Assist in analyzing and documenting business requirements and Marketing processes.
• Support the Marketing team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data for system improvements.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on Marketing performance and initiatives.
• Help maintain and update Marketing documentation and user guides. 
• Capture documents and engineer business processes. 
• Conduct research on emerging Marketing trends and technologies to support strategic planning.
• Conduct competitive analysis on platform features and functionality
• Research business trends to recommend product and content placement
• Create reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data to help make recommendations.

• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in good academic standing working towards a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Business or a related field. 

• Strong interest in Data Analysis and Marketing. 

• Ability to assist in the design and development of reports, analyze data, and communicate insights. 

• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills. 

• Strong organizational and time management skills. 

• Effective verbal and written communication skills. 

• Ability to understand the audience and adapt communications accordingly. 

• Good listening skills with the ability to accurately receive and interpret information. 

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

• Good judgment and decision-making skills. 

Preferred Qualifications/Skills: 

• Basic knowledge of custom report development using PowerBI or related tools. 

• Exposure to SQL/DAX, Python, or related programming languages. 

• The intern selected will be required to work a maximum of 29 hours a week over a specified 12-week duration. 

• The hourly pay range for this position is $16.00/Hr.
