Job Summary

The Digital Partner Marketing Senior Manager position’s purpose is to develop and manage the effectiveness and execution of the team who is responsible for SHI’s digital marketing programs for partners. Success will be measured by; the successful implementation of best practices and processes for digital marketing campaigns, timely feedback given to the team, the ability to improve digital partner marketing teams' operations, and ensuring partners understand the ROI of digital marketing campaigns.

 

The Digital Partner Marketing Senior Manager will manage our internal digital partner marketing managers and closely work with some key partners. They will partner with our inner growth marketing team, the partner marketing team, and external resources to execute digital marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness. You will create workflows for digital marketing campaigns and ensure we automate where possible. This position is part of the SHI Marketing Team.

 

This position is remote with a Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Set processes and workflows for the Digital Partner Marketing Team for channels currently in use and new digital tactics.
  • Support the team in understanding the brand page reporting and ensure they can provide the partners with the proper guidance to optimize the results.
  • Develop messaging by reviewing and editing all team copy to ensure the right balance between Partner and SHI messaging.
  • Maintain close ownership of some partner accounts to ensure the partner has the attention and support needed to grow their business through marketing campaigns.
  • Provide the escalation path as needed for partner requests and questions, including meeting with partners as required and supporting the team in any escalation.
  • Review quarterly data for the brand pages to ensure the tactics used to drive the right behaviors. IE time on the page is getting higher, there is a lower bounce rate, etc.
  • Collaborate with a larger Partner Marketing Team to develop new programs and improve all partner digital marketing offerings/programs.
  • Offer a strategic approach in communicating programs available to partners while providing options that meet MDF budgets and acceptable delivery timelines.
  • Teach our digital partner marketing offerings to internal teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Marketing, or relevant work experience required
  • 3-5 years’ of digital marketing experience in an agency or client-side marketing team
  • 3 years of experience managing both internal and external resources of writing, design, and development
  • 3 years of hands-on experience owning and executing B2B partner GTM tactics
  • Proven track record of successful campaigns through digital marketing channels
  • 3 years of experience with creating, coordinating, and executing lead generation and marketing campaigns
  • 3 years of direct experience with content creation and coordination of graphic design deliverables
  • Experience with SEO
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a team preferred or a track record of successfully incorporating new processes into a team environment.
  • 3-5 years of experience acting as a leader within a team, through leadership skills if not through a leadership capacity

Required Skills

  • Ability to foster growth and development of the team you manage while managing the outcomes of the digital partner marketing programs.
  • Understand strategy, execution, and best practices related to digital marketing tactics, including social media, Google Ads, SEO, webinars, email, and nurture campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Strong project management and organization skills with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding SEO/SEM optimization for Google, Bing, online advertising, and social media ads.

 

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Knowledge or experience within the IT industry is nice to have.

Additional Information

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
