The VMware Customer Success Manager is responsible for the acquisition, retention, and growth of SHI VMware business. The VMware Customer Success Manager will collaborate closely with SHI sellers to establish strong relationships with VMware sellers and leaders, as well as maintain positive connections with top customers within their assigned coverage area. They will meet with select customers each month, helping them with various aspects of the VMware environment, including optimizing their VMware investments, lifecycle management of any VMware Enterprise Licensing Agreements, and ensuring a positive customer experience with SHI.
This position is required to report to the SHI Austin, TX office location as determined by SHI management.
