    Job Summary

    SHI has an opportunity available for a Professional Services Consultant, located in the Austin TX. As a Services Consultant you will be responsible for consulting with customers on how to assess, implement, and manage IT solutions positioned by SHI.

    Responsibilities/Job Function

    A Services Consultants primary responsibility will be to support discovery sessions with customers in order to create a statement of work (SOW) that details a services engagement and its value to SHI customers. This individual will uncover our customers' expectations and requirement and align them to SHI services offerings as well as create custom statements of work (SOWs).

    Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required

    Qualified candidates need to have 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in structure cabling, end user devise deployments and site surveys. Candidates will also need to show strong written and verbal skills. Additional experience with core data center deployments, public cloud, and Microsoft solutions is a plus.
