    Job Summary

    SHI has an exciting opportunity in our Cloud and Innovative Solutions group supporting our Cloud business within Enterprise and Public Sector. Our Cloud & Innovative Solutions Team is adding a BDM to increase revenue and market share. The position will collaborate with AWS/Azure and SHI Leadership to drive cloud services revenue. The BDM will develop strong relationships with direct Sales Reps for accounts as well as AWS, Azure, and Google. This person will enable and sell CIS Managed Services Solutions to Sales Reps and End Users. The BDM will work with the Sales Reps to increase pipeline and assist in closing out opportunities. The resource will have direct day-to-day contact with the sales force.

     

    Responsibilities/Job Function

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

     

    • Support the execution of selling select Cloud Managed and Professional Service Offerings to Enterprise and Public Sector market segments
    • Collaborate with Consulting and Operations Team to effectively drive customer satisfaction and growth with SHI’s Cloud Services.
    • Analyze sales trends to determine target accounts and build onto strategic plans
    • Prepare reports and communicate wins, losses, sales inhibitors and net-new opportunities
    • Drive demand/lead generation campaigns
    • Actively report ROI and success stories to maximize SHI’s achievements
    • Proactively align SHI and AWS/Azure/GCP Sales Reps to foster strong relationships
    • Develop relationships with AWS/Azure/GCP and SHI Regional Sales Management
    • Enable SHI Sellers to identify opportunities by driving awareness of new service offerings, solutions, use cases and promotions
    • Provide onsite support for SHI rep and customer trainings/events
    • Assist with RFPs / Bids

    Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required

    • General knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
    • 2 years of direct cloud experience
    • Experience with internal tools such as BI, and CRM
    • Experience selling services into high profile target accounts
    • Passion for learning and teaching others
    • Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills
    • Excellent organization and time management skills
    • Motivating and self-starting
    • Strong analytic skills
    • Works well with deadlines
    • Capability to convey a sense of urgency to drive issues to closure
    • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed

    Certifications:

    • AWS, Azure, or GCP Cloud Certifications is a requirement upon application
