    Job Summary

    SHI is looking for a B2B digital marketer to join the new Corp Partner Marketing team. This individual will develop and manage the digital marketing strategies for our top partners. Your success will be measured by the number of marketing leads generated by each digital campaign.

    The Digital Partner Marketing Specialist will work closely with our internal partner managers, sales leaders, marketing teams in New Jersey, and external resources to execute on digital marketing campaigns. You will showcase overall results and effectiveness of your marketing campaigns by building out reports with our business insights team.

    A qualified candidate is a digital marketer and has hands-on experience with owning and executing B2B digital tactics. You are creative, a risk taker, always curious, and a self-learner. You have knowledge and experience of the IT industry and have worked on B2B digital marketing campaigns in the past. Candidate must be extremely organized and have highly effective communication skills.

     This position is part of the SHI Corporate Partnerships and Demand Generation Division. Our motto is to execute on the best partner marketing programs in the business!

    This position is required to report to the SHI Austin, Texas office or the SHI Toronto office.

    Responsibilities/Job Function

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

    • Digital marketing acumen: You know and understand the strategy, execution and best practices as it relates to digital marketing tactics including email, SEM, webinars, social media, content, and nurture campaigns.
    • Conversions: You know how to increase conversions through call-to-action statements, identifying the strongest email subject lines, decreasing bounce rates, and improving our CPC numbers.
    • Campaign goal setting: Every campaign you work on will include a project brief meeting and document outlining the scope of work, campaign goals, and alignment back to the internal sales organizations.
    • A/B testing: Every great marketer knows that they always have something new to learn. You love testing new ideas and know how to plan for A/B testing in emails and landing pages
    • Content writing: You’ll write and/or review and approve awesome marketing content like case studies, ebooks, emails, landing pages, webinar decks, tweets, etc.
    • Buyer personas: With input from the sales teams and partners, you’ll define and develop your target buyer personas for each content piece within your nurture campaigns.
    • Project management: Your campaign strategy is only as strong as its execution. You know how to manage a campaign team and own the full accountability of your campaigns.
    • Reporting: Collecting and sharing the qualitative and quantitative data back to the organization and partners of campaigns. You’ll work closely with the Business Insights Team to determine and develop required reports.
    • Program development and improvement: You’ll work closely with your manager and the partner team to develop and improve all partner digital marketing offerings and programs.
    • Digital platforms research and recommendations: Curiosity will help you in exploring, reviewing, and testing new and exciting digital marketing tactics and platforms.

    Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required

    • 3-5 years’ digital marketing experience in an agency or client-side marketing team
    • SEO/SEM skills and experience – AdWords, LinkedIn, Remarketing etc.
    • Experience managing both internal and external resource of writing, design and development.
    • Knowledge or experience within the IT industry is a nice to have.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
    • Strong project management and organization skills with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task and meet deadlines
    • A completed 4 year Bachelor’s/University degree is a requirement for this role

    Well Qualified candidates will process:

    • Experience with creating, coordinating and executing lead generation and marketing campaigns
    • Experience with content creation and/or graphic design
    • Experience with SEO strategy management
    • Proficiency with ClickDimensions
    • Proficiency in HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite
    • Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
    • A strong background in working with IT channel partners and Corporate IT Solutions Providers
    • Knowledge of all internal SHI systems specifically, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and BI
