    Job Summary

    SHI is looking for an amazing Marketing Operations Analyst to help create, support and execute the Corp Marketing strategy. The Marketing Operation Analyst will be responsible for providing data/ reporting analysis and contributing to the execution of day-to-day marketing operations. The keys to success in this role are attention to detail, technical aptitude, and strong willingness to learn. Internal and External Stakeholder satisfaction will be a component of measuring performance.

    A qualified candidate should possess institutional knowledge of SHI and/or the IT industry and demonstrate an aptitude towards creativity. Candidate must be extremely organized and have highly effective communication skills.


    This position Is required to report to the SHI Austin Texas office location.

    Responsibilities/Job Function

    The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Support the development and alignment of strategic KPIs and analytical tools to measure operations performance and business activities
    • Optimize our marketing automation and analyzing the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns
    • Prepare and generate ROI reports and data analytics for partners and internal teams to help drive marketing efforts, track overall effectiveness of Corp Marketing activity, and measure business impact.
    • Possess a strong understanding of SHI Corp goals as well as specific partner goals to guide the approach of building marketing and sales dashboards
    • Manage and prepare ad-hoc analysis and develop reports/dashboards for Leadership and Management
    • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management by working hand in hand with sales leadership.
    • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance

    Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required

    • 4 year completed college degree
    • 1+ years working in a data-intensive role, ideally at an agency or within a corporate marketing department
    • Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms like MS Dynamics and Salesforce.com
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (experience with SPSS or other data analytical tools a plus)
    • Experience with database marketing, data validation and database query logic
    • Possess A track record using analytics to turn data into meaningful and actionable business insights
    • Proven track record as an influencer, collaborator and working closely with senior leaders
    • Ability to:
      • Drive reporting, analysis, strategy and program management of partner performance and retention
      • Monitor progress towards achieving the operating metrics that result in hitting our business objectives.
      • Collaborate with functional teams (sales, marketing, Business Insights, Advanced Solutions) to ensure the implementation of initiatives essential to achieving our business goals.
      • Provide regular reporting to the company on the partner retention results and key drivers of metrics for each partner segment.
      • Provide analysis for partner initiatives designed to achieve short-term retention goals and long-term business strategies. Develop detailed financial, planning and performance evaluation models for ongoing business and strategic options.
      • Develop data-driven insights that achieve higher levels of partner performance, adoption of key features, retention, and overall satisfaction.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience using CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics
    • Experience using marketing automation platforms like ClickDimensions, Eloqua, Marketo, etc
    • Understands the value and power of data. Gathering, tracking, analyzing and reporting on metrics.
    • Experience with Excel (vLookups, Pivot Tables, etc)
