    Job Summary

    This position will work with internal and external parties to help support the customer Wakefern Food Corp.  This employee will work as the Operations Admin as part of the onsite Wakefern Support Team.

    Responsibilities/Job Function

    The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Maintaining Work Order queue-Creating requisitions, assigning tasks, updating records and completing in timely manner.
    • Updating and following up with customer with order status, delivery and receipt in timely manner.
    • Go through deliveries and receive orders into the system. Label, stock and assign/communicate orders accordingly.  Print orders and place into building assigned location bins.
    • Process returns of parts and equipment. Request RMA for equipment
    • Create Requisitions on behalf of the customer in their system. Order monthly stock of peripherals.  Requisitions should be detailed and concurrent.
    • Provide price to customer upon request. Work with TeamEve on getting quotes.
    • Create work orders in ticketing system and process rush order for Corp and Members.
    • Assign work orders for equipment and software deploys to deploy techs.
    • Flag new hires and coordinate escalations with deploy techs.

    Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required

    • Organization: Work and stock room must be kept in order so equipment and tasks are easily accessible. Follow up and keep track of tasks.
    • Communication: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • Time management: Keep track and complete tasks in timely manner.
    • Professionalism: All correspondence with internal departments, management and customer must be conducted professionally.
    • Able to collaborate with the team and work individually.
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Office/Excel. Ability to work off Excel and update spreadsheets.
    • This position will require carrying boxes, shelving equipment and some lifting (not too heavy).


    Preferred Skills:

    • Basic PC knowledge. Computer savvy.  Will be part of IT support team.
