    Job Summary

SHI International Corp is seeking someone to fill this new Data Analyst position.  The successful candidate will need to be one who loves to crunch numbers and dig deeper into them to cull what they mean.  The data generated by this person will be used by Knox and Ridge Management to check on the status of their business, performance of their staff, find trends and be used to plan resources and work load.  Some metrics will be provided to sales teams for use in weekly status reports.  Other data generated will be used to monitor the health and performance of our Solar SRECs (solar credits).  The person hired for this position will be a creative person who can think outside the box – sort of a “MacGyver of Data and Reports”.  They will need to be self-motivating and work without supervision.
