    Job Summary

    This entry level position works closely with Outside Sales to process purchase orders, obtain quotes, update deal registrations, track customer orders, and follow up on all aspects of the sales process.

    Responsibilities/Job Function

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Represent SHI as central point of contact for customer base at Headquarters in Somerset, NJ
    • Act as liaison between Account Executives, customers, and SHI internal departments
    • Provide outstanding customer service and support
    • Provide sourcing, product quotes, pricing, and product information
    • Enter sales orders and provide updates throughout the sales process
    • Take initiative to resolve issues

    Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required

    • 4-year degree, 3.0 cumulative GPA (all majors considered)
    • Strong telephone and email communication skills
    • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities
    • Interest in building a knowledge of software and hardware technologies
    • Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
