    Job Summary

    SHI has an exciting opportunity available as a Corp Cloud Adoption Specialist within the Corporate Sales division based in Austin, TX. This position will be responsible for growing our existing AWS/Azure customer base through consulting existing AWS/Azure customers. You will be a vital resource for sales teams and their customers through your expertise around AWS/Azure services / programs and SHI’s Cloud Practice.

    Responsibilities/Job Function

    Include but not limited to:

    • Responsible for cloud consumption growth and retention of SHI’s existing AWS/Azure customer base
    • Working knowledge of the core AWS/Azure products, programs and operations
    • Partner with Sales Leadership, Account Executives and Corp for strategic planning and increased cloud adoption
    • Responsible for upselling into account set through focus on mid-touch and low-touch customer success tactics
    • Generate and drive pipeline by understanding customer need and positioning relevant SHI solutions and services
    • Develop close relationships with SHI sellers, internal resources and AWS/Azure sellers
    • Responsible for managing pipeline, customer success metrics and tracking to key results
    • Stay educated on new services, technology, and programs from AWS/Azure
    • Assist training Corp Sales on AWS/Azure best practices and SHI Cloud Practice
    • Present at customer events and travel to market
    • Travel as needed based on business needs and determined by SHI management

    Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required

    • Proven track record of driving results and exceeding expectations
    • Ability to excel in a high-performing and fast-paced environment
    • Ability to build successful relationships through active listening
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and motivational skills
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Working knowledge of Dynamics CRM, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • 4 year completed Bachelor’s Degree required
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role
    • Ability to travel as needed
