    Job Summary

    The Contract Administrator, working with the SHI UK Senior Contracts Specialist and SHI Management administers, develops, will eventually negotiate contracts for resale of software, hardware, cloud solutions, and related IT Services with our Customers and Partners/Vendors.  The successful candidate will be responsible for working within the Contracts Team to ensure all such agreements reflect SHI’s acceptable standards.        

    This position is required to report to the UK Milton Keynes office location.

    Responsibilities/Job Function

    Include but are not limited to:

    • Management of the contracts inbox and SharePoint processes
    • Review and approve of new supplier on-boarding forms
    • Aid with the filing of contracts on the team database
    • Aid in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals
    • Review both Customer and Partner/Vendor Agreement terms and conditions to ensure consistency with SHI standards for risk
    • Interface between the SHI Salesforce and applicable internal departments to develop contractual documents
    • Assist with final Preparation of contract documents and distribution to Customer or Partner/Vendor and applicable internal SHI department/team member(s)
    • Manage high volume activity while maintaining response SLAs are met and escalating as required

    Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required

    • Strong writing skills
    • Experienced with Microsoft Word (Track Changes: redline and version control)
    • Strong reading comprehension skills
    • Possesses strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills with ability to effectively work in a team environment and under general supervision
    • Ability to pay close attention to details
    • Possesses good time management and prioritization skills
    • Ability to determine priorities, goals and objectives of work functions assigned
    • Excellent with multi-tasking, follow-up and execution of assignment
    • Proven strength in meeting SLAs and high volume activity

    Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

    • University Degree is preferred, however not required
    • One (1) year experience in the creation, negotiation, preparation, administration, legal secretarial work and monitoring of contracts preferred
    • Working experience/familiarity with:
      • Excel
      • Microsoft programs 
      • SharePoint
